1. Definitions

• “Website” / “Platform” / “Service” — refers to PalkarFlix and all its affiliated domains, web pages, mobile-app (if any), features, and services offered under the name “PalkarFlix.”
• “User,” “Member,” “You” — means any individual or entity that visits, registers, or uses the Service.
• “Content” — refers to all video-movies, short films, songs, thumbnails, metadata, and any other media made available on PalkarFlix.
• “Rental / Subscription / Purchase” — refers to a user’s act of paying for access to Content under the terms provided at checkout.
• “Account” — the user’s registered profile on PalkarFlix with login credentials.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service in any manner (visiting, browsing, registering, renting, streaming, purchasing, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Service & User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use PalkarFlix, or have permission from a guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering or purchasing.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You shall not misuse the Service. Prohibited behaviours include (but are not limited to):
  • Sharing account credentials with others.
  • Recording, copying, distributing, or publicly performing the content without explicit permission.
  • Uploading, posting, transmitting any content that infringes a third party’s rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates any applicable law.
  • Attempting to bypass security, use bots or automated means, or otherwise interfere with the Service or servers.

4. Content License & Access

• All Content on PalkarFlix is owned or legally licensed to PalkarFlix (or respective rights-holders). Your rental or purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Content for the period defined during checkout (e.g. 7-day access).
• You may only stream content via the official PalkarFlix interface. You shall not download, save, or distribute the files unless explicit download rights are provided.
• PalkarFlix reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any Content at any time (expired rental, licensing change, violation, or other reasons).

5. Payments, Refunds & Rental Periods

• By renting or purchasing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout. All payments must go through our defined payment gateways.
• Rental duration (for example, 7-day access) begins from the time of successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
• Once the rental period expires, access to Content is automatically revoked.
• Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 9). Owing to the digital nature of Content, refunds will generally not be offered after access is granted — except in cases of technical failure or at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All trademarks, logos, content, layout, design, and software on the Website are the property of PalkarFlix or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and other laws.
• You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, download, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website, unless expressly permitted.

7. Liability / Warranty Disclaimer

• PalkarFlix provides the Service “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.
• We do not guarantee availability of any particular Content at any time. Licenses, copyrights or technical issues may cause content removal.
• PalkarFlix is not liable for any direct or indirect losses (financial, data loss, loss of opportunity) arising out of use of the Service or inability to use the Service.
• You bear all risk related to your use of the Service and content.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The Privacy Policy (see Section 10) forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described there.

9. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of rentals, no refund will be provided once rental access is granted.
• Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure, content unavailability) — at our sole discretion.
• All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment, with relevant order details.
